Research has shown that force-on-force training is significantly superior to traditional firearms practice in at least three important ways. First, Force-on-force (FoF) scenarios that enable “perpetrators” to shoot at trainees generally stimulate a stronger physiological stress reaction. Secondly, it can expose how difficult shooting accuracy is and is likely to suffer in an actual gunfight. Finally, it more strongly motivates trainees to take training seriously and to adopt protective tactics on their own volition.
This type of training provides the trainees with the most realistic courses available, where both the individual and the threat are capable of moving and shooting at each other. If you really want to test if your training regime is up to par the come participate in some of our Force-On-Force training courses.
